How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vyvid → Cancel. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Vyvid, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Why does Vyvid ask for Apple Health access?
Vyvid reads recovery metrics (HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, active energy) to calculate your daily readiness and adapt your training. Access is read-only, optional, and can be revoked anytime in the iOS Health app.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email p78557sfgd@privaterelay.appleid.com from your account email and we’ll remove your account and associated data.
Is my data private?
